At the Kolkata Knight Riders official store, we want you to wear your purple and gold with pride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 15 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log in to your account, visit the 'My Orders' section, and select the items you wish to return or exchange to generate a unique request ID.

  Pack the Gear

  Ensure the merchandise is in its original condition with all tags attached and place it back in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure someone is available to hand over the shipment.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
