How long does shipping take within India and internationally?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 5-7 business days. International shipping varies by location but generally takes 10-15 business days depending on customs clearance.
Can I customize my jersey with a name and number?
Absolutely! We offer customization services for select jerseys where you can add your own name and preferred number for an additional fee.
What is your return policy for fan gear?
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, have original tags attached, and are in their original packaging. Please note that customized jerseys are non-returnable.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via email and SMS. You can use this ID on our 'Track Order' page to see real-time updates.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular digital wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes within India.
